We often get quite a few questions and requests. We have listed the most popular questions and comments below.
General Questions
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver to many locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock. By special arrangement we can deliver to other areas in central Arkansas. Call our order team for more information.
When should I place my order?
To ensure the best service, we suggest you place your order 48 hours in advance. However, in many cases, we can fill your order with only a day’s notice. Some orders, we can fill the same day.
May my company setup a charge account?
Yes, we offer in-house charge accounts to our business customers. Please call our business office at (501) 375-8656 to request a credit application. Or fill out our form online here.
May we set up regularly scheduled standing orders?
Yes, let us know what items you want and when you want them and we can have your order ready for pick up or delivery at the same time every day, week or month. For businesses in downtown Little Rock, we offer free delivery on standing orders over $20.00.
How do I place a wedding cake order?
Please call (501) 375-6418 to set up an appointment with RaGena to discuss what size and type of wedding and grooms cakes you want. You are welcome to pick a design from our Wedding Cake Idea Book or bring a picture of a design you like.
May I sample cake flavors for my wedding cake?
Yes, we are happy to prepare samples for you. Please let us know which cakes you wish to sample when you make your appointment, so we can have them ready for you when you come.
When do I pay for my wedding and groom’s cakes?
Payment for the cake is expected when you place the order or at least four weeks before the wedding.
May I pay for an order with a credit card over the phone?
For a small handling fee, you may pay for your order over the phone.
Do you require orders to be prepaid?
Due to the complexity of the design or the size of an order, some orders may require payment in advance. All photo cakes, full-sized sheet cakes and round cakes over 9” require advance payment.
Cake Ordering
Community Bakery cakes are made from scratch daily and are known throughout Central Arkansas for being tasty and affordable. We specialize in making the cake you want when you want it. In most cases, we can prepare your cake with one day’s notice.
What else can we decorate?
We can also bake and decorate petit fours, cupcakes, and iced sugar cookies for your event.
How much lead time do you need for a custom order?
Some special orders, such as cut-out cakes, scans, and tiered cakes, require seven days’ notice and advance payment.
